OD flash means the 4speed, electronically shifted (TCM) is seeing an error, it has flash codes , pull them and see. what they are.

the 93 had 2 engines, 8v and 16v the latter is MPI with 4 injectors the former has 1 injector. which do you have.?

Engine stalling is a second problem.
and can be caused by 50 diffr. things,
but the top #1 is, EGR main , stuck open.

there should be a marking to tell you how much to put in on the radiator. b.t.w. don't put straight antifreeze in your car, mix it 50:50 with water unless it is a pre mixed version..

but the lamps inside are cheap.
