There is a tensioner pulley attached to an arm.
Release the tension on the belt by undoing the pulley arm bolt, the
belt will have enough slack to slide off the pulleys.
To put it back
on, you find the diagram on the radiator guard or under the hood.

To install:
Be sure the belt is aligned into the proper grooves of the accessory drive pulleys.

Here's a quick check list
for most common cost of SRS / Air bag problem.
Dirty contacts on driver
and passenger seat belt buckles
Dirty contacts on seat belt connectors
(under seats)
Dirty contacts on driver and passenger sides weight
sensors (under seat)
Seat covers
Weight on passenger seat
(Example:
grocery package trigger SRS / Air Bag light on the way home.)
I
recommend you to pass an vacuum over the contacts and use CRC
electronic parts cleaner to rule out connectivity problem.
I DO NOT
recommend disconnecting the negative battery connector to clean the code(s).
Without the code(s) the dealer will takes "BILLABLE" time to reproduce
the problem.

SOURCE: how to remove radiator on 1992 pontiac bonneville
Removal & Installation
On some vehicles, such as this 1998 model, remove the upper fan mounting bolts
Unfasten the upper radiator panel fasteners, then remove the panel
CAUTION
When draining the coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted by ethylene glycol antifreeze, and are quite likely to drink any that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantity. Always drain the coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or several years old. To avoid being burned, do NOT remove the thermostat housing cap while the engine is at normal operating temperature. The cooling system will release scalding fluid and steam under pressure if the cap is removed while the engine is still hot.
Unfasten the hose clamp and disconnect the coolant reservoir hose from the radiator neck
Disconnect the remaining hoses from the radiator
On some vehicles, you must unplug the coolant sending unit electrical connector
Use a flare nut wrench to disconnect the upper transaxle oil cooler line
