Starts an runs PERFECT for 5 to 7 mins then dies... cant start it again for at LEAST 8 to 10 hours. Heres what Ive done. New dizzy, fuel pump relay, control modual (behind fuse panel), CPU. Ive pulled the fuel rail and cleand the injectors, throtle body and intake manifold, Every wire and sensor ive pulld and cleand, Check engine light comes on 2 seconds before the motor dies and a code reader isn't picking up the code... ANY IDEAS???
Try the procedure below.
Here are the most common causes of idle surge, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake

Try the WD-40 spray in intake of throttle body with air intake hose off, to see if it will kick at all, even for a second or 2. We need to confirm whether your losing fuel or spark when it dies. Ignition & fuel, can cause similar symptoms in this case.

did you check the fuel pressur on the fuel rail with a gauge or did you just unplug the pressure reg..
also you should try replacing the fuel filter first... this is cheap 6-12 dollars autozone. just becuase the fuel pump is pumping doesnt mean it its enough. There mightbe a strainer on the fuel pump that might be plugged.
