Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

It isn't specified. There is more than one fuse that covers transmission. You would need an auto electrician or a transmission expert to connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose if the switch or solenoid is faulty. A scan tool at this level is bi-directional and can command solenoids to operate and confirm that they do.

Under the Hood in the large black fuse box next to the battery. Check fuses 32 and 34. 32 is the Right side and 34 is the left side. Both are 10A.
**Note** ALWAYS replace fuses with one of the same Amp rating.

The fuse for the sun roof is in the 'in cab' fuse box. This is located in the dashboard. Open the left hand door wide. Look at the end panel of the dash, the part hidden by the door when it is closed. There is a clip out panel to hook out. The fuse functions are listed on the back of the clip out panel.

The location of the flasher relay on a 1998 Dodge Truck is in the fuse panel which is located on the left side of the dash. It is accessable when the door is open. All you need to do is pull off the panel cover to expose the fuses, and the diagram on the fuse cover will show you which one is the falsh relay. The one on my truck is blue, and is about one inch square.

i have a 99 dodge ram 1500 with a sun roof. sounds like the wires are hooked up backwards they run down the drivers side windsheild piller you can remove the plastic trim and see the 2 wires they should go to the fuse box switch them should help

where the visor attaches to the roof there should be a plastic "cover" it can be removed but be careful to not break the tabs. You should be able to tighten the visor
