Question about 2002 Dodge Intrepid
How do i change the coolant air bleeder
If you need to do this because the top came off, I found it to be a big job on the 2.7L V6. I initially tried to bond the top back on with no success.
To replace it, you have to remove both the upper and lower intake plenum. This device has the upper radiator hose connected in front, and the tube which runs back below the intake plenum connects to a heater hose at the rear. The hose clamp on the rear connection is very hard to get to. Unless you have a lot of mechanical experience, and a lot of patience, you may want to pay someone to do this for you. The price on the part from the dealer was about $110, as I remember.

SOURCE: Having problem getting all the
Sounds like you make have another leak somewhere allowing air to enter into the system. I would recommend doing a coolant system pressure test. This will tell you if there is a leak somewhere else.
