I have 2003 e220 cdi Merc , my steering wheel is hard

synthetic is good,clean out all old oil and follow instructions,remember that you cant use regular oil after that,keep extra around for adding

Fuse blowing indicates some circuit is drawing too much current. Figure out what that fuse supplies and investigate that circuit.

Um... the video didn't demonstrate anything, only showed the steering wheel and the key.

If the engine is running, the tires aren't jammed against solid objects, there's no noise from the pump, the belt is tight, the power steering reservoir is full of fluid, and the steering wheel is still very hard to turn... then I suspect that the power steering pump has simply worn out badly and needs to be replaced.

Sounds like you have stripped splines, damaged CV joint or popped axle retaining clip. jack one wheel at time, run slowly in drive with brakes off. the offending wheel will not rotate but axle will. if gearbox/diff axle should not rotate.

When I try to start my merc clk 2003 the horn blasts but has been fine all day. Any suggestions?

The ESP message came on because the battery went low causing your steering angle sensor to lose syncronization. There are 2 different ways to resync the steering angle sensor. One way is turning the steering wheel from lock to lock and the 2nd way generally involves just driving the car around like normal and it will resync on its own. You will most likely just have to drive the car around until it resyncs on its own because of warning message your getting. When it says see owners its because in the owners manual there is a description on what the message means and what to do to fix it. Basically it just tells you to drive the car. Hi have a mercdes e220 cdi auto 2004 having gearbox problems: Taking reverse ok and Drive but only 1st and 2nd gear and not taking manual box any suggestions what might be wrong?
