I have almost replaced every sensor that I think it could be
Sounds like your fuel pump is overheating. Without the high fuel pressure it won't shoot a cone of fuel out, it'll just be a solid stream. Rarely a fuel injector can do this by sticking, but they usually do it all the time if they do stick. You should test the fuel pressure before and after the problem occurs.

Google for Refurbished PCM "brain" and call the site from Florida. My Durango kept stalling wihtout warning and I replaced the PCM for < $300.00 and no problems since.

My first thought for a solution of your problem is plug wires. You have replaced some common problem areas for this situation but the plug wires are the most susceptible for causing a miss after engine is warmed up. Try replacing the spark plug wires and let me know what happens.

If it does not do it in park or neutral, it could be a number of things. One being a sticking Torque Converter Clutch solenoid (TCC). It could be that it needs a simple tune-up. How often does this problem happen?

have your back fuel pressure regulator checked. It allow return pressure to fuel tank.

Well I already did the relay. Because my fuel pump wouldnt turn on. And it's not missing. What's happens is when I race it around and then slow down to stop it will just cut out like it is flooding. When I watch my injectors they shoot down a stream of gas instead of a mist. Then I will let it sit for 20 mins and it will be a mist again for like 15 mins then it will do the samething again
