If the fuse is blown, what are you going to do? Replace it so ANOTHER fuse can blow? Blown fuses do not cause electrical failures, electrical failures cause blown fuses.
With that said, I do not have access to the information you are asking for anyway. Magna was never built, imported, or sold in the United States. I only have access to service information for those that are.
Our Aussie friend Magna, is however, very similar to the Mitzubishi Galant that is sold here. Galant's seats are powered by a 30 Amp fusible link located in the underhood fuse block. It provides power to Pin #1 at the seat switch (BLUE WIRE - HOT AT ALL TIMES). I think Magna would be similar.

I put the drivers seat as far back as it will go using the switch on the side of the seat.It will now not move forward (or any further back)using the switch.where is the fuse located that supplies power to the switch and/or seat motor..thanks
