No blowen fuses have power but enginge wont turn over
Try putting it in neutral and if it starts your neutral safety switch is bad. If it still will not start clean the battery terminals and all ends of the cables including the smaller ones on the starter itself. If it still will not start your starter itself may be bad. Of course the first step is to make sure your battery is good.
I don't have the same car as you, but I'm facing a similar problem. It's a little frustrating when you can't figure out why your engine won't turn over. I figure that one of the quickest ways to find out the cause might be to consult with a profession. http://www.oakhollowtire.com/generalautorepair.htm
You may need to step on the brake pedal and be sure the transmission is in park while starting the engine,
You need to post more details on what is happening and what you are doing when the engine won't turn over.

96 taurus ...key switch was not working when you turn key the dash lights came on but would not turn off when i turned key to off position. I bought a new key switch but acted the same. I then removed the switch unit from the column, I could start the car by sliding the switch, and also turn it off, but when I turn the key the rod that has a hole in it to operate the switch is not sliding back and forth. I can't find a diagram or picture to help me diagnose what may be broken or loose, is it possible to remove and install that slide, or is it new column time?
Hi mrbrown65, you have power but the engine wont turn over so when you try to turn the engine over is there any clicking? also does it seem to pull down voltage? the vehicle is an automatic correct?
