While it is idling do you have your heater on or defrost on? If so the compressor will kick on making the car move some and the idle to increase because it is under load from the compressor kicking on. This is normal Hope this helps
The butterfly at the air intake may be dirty. If at all possible remove the breathers leading to this and clean the butterly with carbuerator cleaner or something like it. There may be deposits and it is not breathing good.
its becouse the cars computer tries to heat its self for it not to work when it is too cold so just leave it there for a while till the rpm go to normal
