Coolant is for the cooling system, the cars engine must be cooled, there is a radiator , hoses and fans. the coolant is also used to supply heat to the inside of the car in winter conditions or cold days. The radiator which is bolted on the front of the car stores coolant (antifreeze) the coolant is then pumped through the engine by the waterpump, there is a thermostat that regulates the coolant flow. when the coolant in the engine reaches a certain temp. 190 degrees the thermostat opens and allows cooler coolant to enter the engine to keep it from overheating, the coolant that comes out of the engine then flows through the radiator and the fans are turned on by the computer to cool the coolant as it flows through the radiator. this goes on and on to keep engine operating around 170- 190 degrees,If the coolant does not cool the engine then engine damage will occur.
coolant is also used to keep for freezing in cold temps, the coolant is mixed 50/50. half coolant and half water. if water was used it would freeze and in the summer it would boil and is not a good cooling source.hope this is helpful.

2002 Toyota Solara V6. Engine froze from all water, no coolant. The battery is run dead cranking engine once thawed, now cranks but no fuel at purge fuel pressure access.

That's not good! Water is coolant, but you mean antifreeze. Did it push out the freeze plugs? Any cracks in the block or cylinder head?

If the battery went completely flat or you removed it for charging, you will need to reset the security system and immobilizer. The immobilizer is not giving you fuel.

I need the cylinder compression for a 2000 2.2 liter toyots solara

Generally speaking the number you need is the average of all cylinders, then no more than + or - 10%.
I would say if you have 100psi in all cylinders you are ok as long as none of the cylinders are more than 10 or 20 psi off from that.

I have an 89 Jeep Wagoneer inline 6. Its not

You got the ignition cover, what you need to do an cylinder compression test and also check your injector for voltage while engine running hook test light to battery pos on neg and neg on pos, at injector harness check for pulsation, if you have pulsation elec. system ok, if good compression bad injector.if bad compression piston ring's or valve's.
