To replace the alternator belt, you must first remove the Power Steering/Air Conditioner belt. The tensioner for this belt is on the left side of the engine (when viewing from the transmission end). Loosen the tensioner pulley center bolt and then loosen the adjusting bolt. Then the alternator bolts must be loosened and the adjusting bolt for the alternator must be loosened.
Reverse procedure after installing new belt/belts.
