Front signal light Turn on but do not blink

I just bought a 2000 Olds Intrigue, and notice it has a problem with its front signal lights, when the left or right signal is set, the front bulb will go on steady but do not blink, while the rear light will blink fast from the same side. I replace the hazard switch, but it did not solve the problem. Does anybody has an idea of what is causing this problem? Thanks a lot.

Front left turn signal will come on but not blink. Left brake light comes on when left turn signal is engaged but left brake light does not come on either.

2000 olds shihouette right turn signal blinks fast and back right does not blink, changed bub in right rear and still have problem

Could be the switch, but more likely the socket. Check the socket for power and ground with a test light.

What could be the problem on my 2000 oldsmobile intrigue, the turn signals blink fast when signal is on but the front just stays steadily on. when hazards are on the back lights run fine the front lights...

the front stays on steadily because you have duel element bulbs, the filiment for the turn signal is blown out-replace it with a new bulb, when you have it out check too for rust in the socket, they do that (I have a 2000 Intrigue w/140,000 miles)

Turn signal blinker problem. They work properky

sounds like wiring.or there may be a plate in the steering wheel.the plate in the steering wheel seems more plausible because wiring on both sides is less likely.it wouldn't hurt to check the wiring as far as you can to the rears though.any brake lights work?

Fast blinking sound when turn sinals are on.Front ones stay solid

what you need to do is locate the relay for the turn signals and see if you can hear a click click click noise, if lights are still blinking it prolly will be that
