Check to see if the fuel pump is kicking in,
when you turn the key on without starting the van you should hear it kick on for about 2 seconds,
It could be...
A clogged fuel filter...
Blown fuse for the pump..or bad pump relay..
No gas
Bad fuel pump

What you have to do is check and see if you have fuel pressure. You have to remove the engine cover to check it.If you don`t have a pressure tester then remove the air cleaner hose to the engine and spray it with carb.cleaner or brake cleaner. If it starts for a few seconds then it is more than likely a fuel pump.If it does not start then you have to check for spark at the spark plugs.Make sure you check more than one plug.If no spark then you have to check the distributor cap and rotor.Make sure the rotor is good and cap also.Things that can cause no spark are the ignition module, coil, and cap and rotor.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Hello eleazzrismo; my name is Roger and I will help: The fuel pump is located inside of fuel tank. The fuel pressure test port is on top of the engine.Just to the right of the throttle body. You should find a port with a schradder valve in the fuel line. Could have a metal cover like a tire cap over it. The fuel pressure should be 60-66 psi. Any less and you will have poor to no start. I have attached a picture to help identify the fuel port. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer. Thank You for using and trusting Fix Ya. Roger
