Sounds like you didn't add oil , when freon goes the oil goes also. When you say locked up , you mean the compressor won't turn when the clutch engages? Either too much freon or the oil was gone from the system when you put freon in it.

SOURCE: my ac blows hard, added freon, clutch not turning could it be fus

If the blower is working,it indicates your car blower system is ok.If the freon system is contain the correct amount and still clutch is not turning when the A/C switch is in the on position check the supply for the compressure. If there is supply that means the problem with the A/C compressur clutch coil and apply the repair procediure or replace A/C cpmpressure. If there is no supply Check the fuses, wiring system and A/C system pressure switch.

SOURCE: heater blower motor only works on high

You most likely need to replace the ignition switch. Sounds weird, but check out other posts. It works.

Churping fan noise inside car behind the middle heater/air vent and a smell of burning oil or anti-freeze coats me and my clothes while inside car Help Help.

Not familiar with Saab at all, but on every other car made, if you smell coolant inside the car and a fog covers the windows, the heater core needs to be replaced. Depending on the design of the heater box that contains your blower motor and heater core, leaking coolant may be destroying your blower motor, and causing the noises and metal smell.

2001 aurora when fan is on high for a period of time it smells like the header is burning.

Not sure what a burning header smells like, but I would expect two possible smells. First, if the blower motor itself is going, you might smell the windings getting hot - like a transformer burning. If this were the case I would expect that the motor wouldn't spin on the low speeds.
The other smell you sometimes get is when the heater core leaks. Then you will get a coolant smell inside the car and sometimes (usually) a wet carpet as well.

I have a 2002 chevy silverado 1500. I'm not sure if it's heater core or if it's a hose. The needs coolient light keeps coming on and the smell of coolient and vapor/steam is coming out of all the vents....

The heater core is located on the passenger side behind the blower motor. It's fairly involved process to remove this thing. You can see the heater core lines entering the cab from the engine compartment. You'll need a lot of patience and the ability to contort yourself to get this thing out. Get a Haynes manual to guide you through the process, money well spent in my opinion.
Check the lines to see if they are tight, the ones in the engine compartment that enter into the cab. More than likely though, the core has a pin hole in it and the coolant is being sprayed around by the blower fan, which would explain the steam from the vent and odour. It is possible however, that a hose is leaking on the engine somewhere and it is being drawn in by the fresh air vent located near where the wipers rest.
Is it pooling on the floor mat or is the carpet wet? Then it's a breech of the core. Careful around a hot system, you can be severely burned by hot coolant.

No heat from heater; is this a fuse or burned out motor; or broken fan belt on heater motor? end ###

Could be low coolant. Plugged heater core. Bad fuse or blower motor. Or a bad fan switch.

THE RESISTOR IS BEHIND THE BLOWER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRUCK.

A DEALERSHIP USUALLY CARRIES BOTH PARTS AS THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM.

A/c heater climat control switch

Check the relais module located inside under the rh side of the heather box you can see the connector most of them need to be replaced as they burn out you may need to replace the blower motor as well, high amp draw caused by faulty bearings will overload the blower motor controller
