adjust the push rod that enters the cylinder.Sounds like your not letting the fluid into the cylinder.Shorten the pushrod then try.If still no success extend the rod if that fails you have a faulty cylinder.Hope that was helpfull good luck.

Just changed the slave cylinder and master cylinder bled it but still no clutch

when bleeding did you press pedal really softly at every press or did you press it as if changing gear ? if as changing gear i expect you have pushed the cylinder piston past the end stop , you will have to dismantle cylinder and manually pull the piston back and make sure the seal is on the end , if not it will be stuck up the cylinder , carefully pry out and refit to piston , put a tiny amount of vaseline around the seal before reassembly and bleed again but press pedal very slowly , keep me posted if you wish

The gears grind when trying to shift and get stuck in gear. Is this my clutch or is this my linkage? If either how do I replace this myself?

It's the clutch. It might need to be bled of air or have parts like the slave and master cylinder replaced if leaking fluid.

Bleeding Clutch Cylinder with no bleeder screw

I have not tried myself but see if the link below will work for your case. It is not the same model as you have but most vehicles have the same components for the non electronic parts. http://www.2carpros.com/forum/1988-dodge-dakota--bleding-air-out-of-clutch-master-cylinder-vt248517.html
