Parking brake should be unaffected if you only changed the rear disc pads. The parking brake self adjusts every time you back up and apply the brakes if it is functioning properly.

You don't need to change the caliper, you need to adjust the brakes and the replace the brake pads..

Replace the front pads and turn the front rotors... Have your mechanic also check the calipers ... If this is a do it yourself job make sure you use antisieze around the moving parts. WARNING- DO NOT GET ANTISIEZE ON ANY BRAKE PAD OR ROTOR SURFACES!!!!!!!

sounds like the pads were either installed wrong or your forgot the have the rotors ground down. grinding down the rotors would have taken out any extra vibration. if the rotors arent ground flat, the pads will cause vibration as they seat against the uneven surface of the rotors. the clicking indicates that the brake calipher was not secured and is hitting the wheel when the brakes are applied. PLEASE Get a Manual from chiltons or haynes for your car they will help you change your pads and rotors more efficently.

i dont know if this makes sense, if its the big clip, you push in the cylinder and twist until the clipp comes off

There are 2 bolts on the "inside" on the caliper towards the bottom they use an allen wrench socket.

according to the service manual there are two bolts hold the caliber to tthe adapter plate and the caliper should roll up and out. the only problem i could imagine is if the pads are hanging in the adapter
