Replaced fuel pump, pressure regulator, cam sensor and tps sensor but engine still doesnt have enough fuel to run or even start. will run on starting fluid but not on its own. I suspect i was sold a faulty pump and I am wondering the proper resistance reading for a good fuel pump.

Charlie. You have replaced the ECM on your van?.
Kedwin,, Your problem is, the computer on that 3.3 L.
Need to be programed with the VIN nember of your car.
The Antitheft System will disable the injectors due a incorrect VIN, Bucause the body computer is not recieve the correct pasword between 5 seconds after start up.
YOU have 2 options. 1 get a ALOHA Smith. some of they have the computer required to program ECMs.
The other option is: Get a new ECM from the dealer, They will program if ask for that.
NOTE:::::: Other way is . Put the body control module with the computer from the same car.
OK... I hope this work for yours.
If NOT letme know I can look for more information.
Thank you.

check the asd relay swap it with another like it. also check fuses and old car alarm if it had one.the cam and crank sensor will not affect fuel pressure. the cam sensor should not stop this car from starting. but the crank sensor will. good luck.
SOURCE: 1992 dodge caravan I have to keep pumping the gas to keep it runn
I would check the fuel pump relay and the fuse for the sending unit and also would take the line off just in front of the fuel filter to see if I am getting fuel to that point but check the fuel pump relay and the fuse first
