This a 2007 Honda Ridgeline Pickup truck.
Drive the vehicle for about 1 minute to warm up the fluid a little.
Locate the 'pumpkin' on the rear axle. It is in the center of the axle.
Now locate the two caps. The upper cap is for filling, the lower for draining.
FIRST - loosen & remove the upper cap...just in case.
Second, place a oil pan below the drain plug...loosen and replace the drain plug. Allow to drain for 10 minutes.
Install drain plug, tighten to spec. (snug)
Add proper amount of fluid in top filler hole. You WILL need a hand pump or other device as this is impossible to do using the gallon jug of VTM4.

I used to work for honda and found this issue only once. After checking the driveshaft, differential, and tires, i found that the drive axles were the problem with vibration in the steering or upon acceleration.

Hi,
I had the same problem before, you also feel a little shake on the steering wheel.
you have to check on two things:
First: check your car's hydrulic steering oil level.
Second: If the hydrulic oil level is ok, you have to change the rear diff oil, and there will be no groaning any more, no need to change the shaft.

SOURCE: how to change a serpentine belt on 2007 Honda
You'll need a 1/2 inch socket wrench to fit on the inlet of the idler pulley. You'll also need an extension bar to lengthen the socket wrench because the wrench alone won't be long enough to reach. Apply pressure to the pulley to take the tension off the belt. Slide the belt off and then install the new one using the diagram under the hood as a guide. Check this thread for some photos:
