SOURCE: Susuki Sidekick softtop

depends on which one u have....the front unclips under the sun visors...then the front part can fold it half....., there might be a little clip under that....if there is unclip it. then in the middle there will be 2 more clips...then the whole roof will come off....except for the back windows part..there should be 6 clips on the upper part of the plastic window.... unlcip those...and spread out the roof..now roll it up and place it in the trunk.....then u should be good!

Where are the alternator fuses on a susuki sidekick 98

It would not have an alternator fuse. I'd suggest pulling it and take it to your local parts store for testing

How1990 susuki sidekick park light repairs

old kick , all dead, every one? even the lic, plate lamp... is park
the car has like 20 park lamps.and tail lamps.
it is the largest circuit on these very simple cars.
all outside lamps and inside that glow in park are all on that same long wire (Daisey chained)
the red-yellow wire (usa colors) run this feed.
it comes off the combo park lamp switch.

so what is the answer, well if all else works ok (you never said)
then the park fuse.
the full schematic is here, every wire in car.
fuse 3 tail/dome fuse, is the fuse that runs all that.
if the dome light works then its not the fuse.
if the white wire fuse works, #3 is 12vdc, then the fuse is good
and if the white 12vdc wire makes it to the combo and is still 12vdc there, and the red-yell i s dead, then the combo switch is bad.

here is the combo and fuse 3 wiring

What would make my 93 GEO WILL START AND IDLE BUT AS SOON AS U GIVE IT ANY GAS IT ACTS LIKEW IT WANTS TO DIE....IF U FAN THE GAS PEDAL IT STILL WANTS TOI DIE (WHICH IT DOES)

Geo what? metro,sidekick,prizm, Storm?
which engine? is in it?
Sounds(soundless) like, many things. (seen them all)
1: timing belt slipped, low compression (gauge it)
150psi good 80 bad. a 60k mile tuneup item (on the list) lost it?
2: needs a tuneup, spark parts are toast.
3: serious fueling issues.? takes tools , ask. (low fuel pressure
4: EGR valve suck open, a 50k service check.
5: the rare melt cat converter. (well ,not so rare in 93)
6: bad fuel, is fuel odd, this thing sit a long time?

all can be discovered in hr, work by any tech.
but with no tools , it's all just a guessing game.
got tools? want to buy some? what to do it? ask how.

Replaced radiator, thermostat and water pump and car still overheats. 97 susuki sidekick.

I would check the operation of the engine cooling fan(s)., make sure the radiator fins are not damaged, and possibly flush the cooling system.

Misses only when wet, but this 1.8 has no spark plug wires?? its a1997 susuki sport,, where do i look?

it has on plug coils you need to remove the coils to find the spark plug boots the spark plug bosses may be filled with water or even oil,if their is oil in the plug boss holes your valve cover is leaking the oil into the holes.

Coolant leak on back side of engine. 94 susuki sidekick 4cyl 4x4

The back side of the cylinder head has metal fitting/pipe connected to a hose that goes to the heater system inside the cabin, the hose sometimes cracks off just behind the clamp holding it to the metal fitting/pipe.
