Check your distributer and hallsenser in it

Unlikely this is being caused by ECU. Not impossible, but unlikely. For poor spark, ECU has nothing to do with this. Check ignition module/coil. For overfueling, bad spark can prevent burning fuel properly, but leaking fuel injectors or bad coolant temp sensor more probable.

The ecu doesn't control the power of the spark, only where it goes at a particular time. The coil/s, plugs, wires, cap and rotor do though.
