2003 suburban warm air out front vents and cold air out rear cabin vents (aux system). Passenger side lower actuator is working.

First make sure that the system is full. Possible bad blend door actuator or stuck door. The control panel could be bad. The front orifice tube could be restricted. Check the low pressure ac line that goes into the the cab at the firewall. If it is cold then the heater air in mixing in with the ac air.

My 2010 Chrysler 300's front side and rear windows fog up really bad when its cold outside

fogging up occurs when the water vapour ( Humidity) in the cab air hits the cold windows Remove the humidity by running the ac in conjunction with the heater . AC units to make the air feel cold by removing the humidity in the cab air allowing you to perspire more easily and you feel cooler. By running to two together ( climate control in some cars) the fog will quickly disappear.

'98 GMC Sierra is leaking water inside the cab on the passenger side when I have the A.C. turned on. I can see where the water is coming from, but I can't get it to stop leaking.

There is a drain under the vehicle under where the ac lines go into the vehicle cab',look directly below the ac lines,it is hard to find but it is there ,use compressed air ,like a air compressor or air tank, with a blow gun and blow the drain out,if it unclogs the drain,it will pour out like a water fall,if this was at all helpful, please rate thank you.

1996 dodge dakota A/C Problems

It could cause the A/C problem but not the heater problem. You can determine if the compressor is bad with a set of A/C manifold gauges. If you don't have access to these, you can do a quick check on the compressor. Do this by feeling the two lines going to it when it is running, One line should be hot to the touch and the other should be cold. Both problems could be caused for a temp actuator or temp door problem.

AC Vacuum Leak

The temp blend door is operated by a vacuum motor. At higher engine rpms the manifold vacuum decreases. Most manufactures incorporate a vacuum storage tank to compensate for this lose of vacuum. So it does sound like you have a vacuum leak to the ac control unit. There should be a vacuum line going through the firewall into the cab.Inspect this line for leaks.Good Luck!!!!
