Sunny 2010 Classic..my friend loos his remote .we have same cars Sunny Nissan 2010. he got new remote he try to program it on his car but its not work ,when he try it on my car its work and the new remote can open my car.after one week he reprogram the same new remote on his car and it work.the problem is the new remote can open my car and my friend's car in the same time .this big security problem for me .please help me.
No mystery they both have the same frequency.

Some key fobs are coded and if this is so you will need to take it to your Nissan dealer with all details of the vehicle i.e. Log book/title and vin number proof of ownership. There may be a small charge for this.

Body Control Module (BCM) on both counts. Find a shop in your town that specializes in electrical systems to test it. Beware, these can be intermittent problems, so make sure they keep it until the car does what you have observed. Expect to spend about $450 for the replacment. Dealers quoted me between $700 and $1,100 for the same repair. By the way, a new BCM will probably only last you about 12 months.

Look in the manual to see how to make the car "learn" the remote's code. Failing that, look for a box with lot of wires under a seat or find where computer that controls that is in your car. Press the learn button on the box, and push the door lock button on the remote a couple times.
