Ford ka window switches not working

the window switches and the speaker on the drivers side of car does not work anymore
the lights on the switches have gone out also

    I'm having trouble with the lights on the door switches. Only half of the switch lights (the up or down arrow) or it doesn't light at all. could water have done this? How do I fix this? thanks.

Switch is usually located on the dash for fords on the left side of the driver. If not there then look for a rotary type switch on the signal arm or washer/wiper arm.

Ford Ka electric windows passenger works drivers doesn't. I replaced the switch and still nothing. If I diconnect the drivers switch the passenger window stop s working so there's some connect
The relay operates all the windows. The drivers door switch is the master and has to be connected for the rest to work. It sounds like you have a bad motor or a bad connection on the motor in the drivers door.

I have 1998 f150 lately the drivers side power window works some times and some times not i replaced switches and power window motor it worked for a couple of days and quit i checked relays by switching...
check the wires coming from body to door- in the hinge area- sounds like a loose/bad connection or ground

Driver's side headlights don't work, although indicators do!
The most common fault is ground use a test light at the plug it should show you what is missing. Most garages should be able to hande it in about an hour.

try taking the switch plate off and putting back on incase it was not making contact or take a live feed to the plug to get the motor to work
