Found water on floor board of car

SOURCE: water leaks on to floor boards when it rains.

Does it just leak when you are driving or does it leak when parked as well? The reason I ask is if it leaks when parked, you can eliminate a floor pan leak, or a leak that gets water from the wheel slinging it up in the wheel well. These things can be a pain in the *** to find. If it is not obvious, like torn, worn or out of place weather stripping, then I usually take a pressurized hose to wet only one section at a time and narrow down the source of the leak. It could be the seal around your windshield, stripping around the door, or even water getting inside your door and somehow finding its way to floor by draining along the inside door panel. Good Luck!
