Where is the fuel pump cut off switch located on a 1998 toyota 4 runner. Could this be the problem as to why fuel wont go through to start engine. Have replaced fuel filter and fuel pump, but still wont stay running or even start.

module assy. in the fuel tank for both V6 and I-4 models with no recommended service interval.

The oil filter is in an aluminum cylinder on the engine. It is not a "spin on" filter, it is now a cartridge-type filter. When you get one, make sure that you use the new o-rings provided in the filter box. The fuel filter is in the tank. Hope this helps, the graciousness of a FixYa rating would be appreciated. Thanks.

On a 4 cyl., under hood, mounted on lower center passenger side of engine.
On a 6 cyl., under vehicle, passenger side, below seating area, passenger side of transmission,mounted on frame.

The engine air filter is located in the box behind the battery. This box should have 4 metal clips that pop off and you and pick up the top of the box and underneath is the filter.
