The battery needs to be inspected.Either battery voltage low or battery is weak and needs replacement or the Battery terminals are loose or dirty.Try cleaning them with contact cleaner then reconnect and see if the problem still exist.For more help.Go through Mercedes repair guide.Mercedes Benz Car Repair Guide?

Mercedes brakes are setup with a pad wear indicator on the pads, one of the four pads in the front should have had a wire attached to it ( as well as in the rear brakes if 4 wheel disc). If this wire is broken or was't re-installed on the new pads, this will trigger the light on your vehicle, if all the wirs are connected properly and in place i would suggest taking it to the dealer to have them take care of the light. SOURCE: problem with remote. Have changed batteries but
put everything back together that fell apart now open the hood and remove the red battery cable for about 20 minutes. Now reconnect the battery making sure its on solid now go stick the key in the ignition, turn it to the on position (dont start it) and let it set on like that for about 2 minutes. now turn it back off. Are any security warning lites on or blinking? if not give it a try now..i hope this worked. if the car will not start, you may have to take it to the dealer to get the theft deterent module reset. Can i get some good feedback if this worked? thanks.
