Have you checked the injector harness for a proper injector pulse? The ECM pulses the ground circuit to fire these and if there is a short in that ground wire the injector will
stay open all of the time, effectively flooding that cylinder.
If it has spark, fuel, and even compression, it has to have integrity with the valve
train. If you can pull the valve cover off, turn the engine over by hand
to make sure that the vales appear to fully open. You can compare them
to the other cylinders. It could have a flat lobe on the cam. A
compression test wouldn't necessarily pick that up because the cylinder
would still compress whatever air is still in it.
Hope this helps.

Normally the firing order will be stamped on the top of the intake manifold also the number one plug will be the front one on the drivers side of the car. On the top of the distributor cap you should see a number one that is where the number one plug wire goes follow the firing order on the manifold and go clock wise on the distributor cap

yes it could be but you should be getting oil in to the chamber also check your tail pipe if you have white smoke coming out that is oil if it is black that is to much fuel if you are getting alot of water then you definetlty have a bad head gasket you will get some water that is condensation built up in side the muffler but that should burn off quick have somebody hit the gas pedal while you watch the tail pipe if it starts blowing water then it is without doubt good luck hope for the best but prepare for the worst let me know if you need more help

You may want to check first if you are loosing or have inadequate water or cooling fluids on your radiator. There may be a leak or the radiator cap may no longer prevent the steam from escaping. check the radiator fans if they are turning. You can check the fan if it is working by pulling out the temp sensor at the lower radiator hose near the engine. The fan should blow at full once you unplug it. Check also the water pump in the engine if there are leaks. You may have it replaced.
