Try this. Turn the ignition to position 2 and leave it about two minutes(you should hear components moving/making noise under the hood). This should relearn the throttle stop(sounds like your vehicle lost synchronization). After that period of time, start the car and see if it helps. If not, then it will probably have to go to the dealer so they can use the computer to try and relearn it.

The Symptoms tell me it is a head gasket. A leaky or bad head gasket would cause all of the problems that you mentioned.
Burning water causes White Smoke, Burning Oil causes Black Smoke. The oil and water are mixing with the gas in the cylinders and causing it to run bad. Pull out the dipstick and look at the oil on it. Does it look like good oil? Or does it look watery and or foamy or grey colored. Open up the radiator and look inside, do you see oil?
This seems almost text book to me... I would have someone local to you to have a look at it to be sure.

You may also have issues with your air flow meter.Generaly though this symptom is usualy a fuel pressure problem. This test may or may not work depending on wether the fuel rail is the problem or the pump.Squeeze the fuel return line at the back of the fuel rail and if engine improves the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail may be faulty. If no improvement its likely the pump. The best and most accurate test would be to use an inline fuel pressure tester. Can you hear the pump pumping up to pressure when you turn the ignition on?Usualy though the pumps fail but can be heard running but unable to maintain pressure.

Go to advance auto or auto zone and have the do a trouble code read ( it is free).
The plug is located under the drivers side dash to the left of the brake pedal.
Press the esp off button on the dash and see if ithas an effect. on acceleration
Next I would try this it is expensive.
If it feels like it is bogged down when you first start to acceleratewill only creep about 10 to 20mph it may be the mass flow sensor located between the air filter and the throttle body. It has an electrical connection. Sand eats them up and it is a common item about $200.
