Sounds like you have air in your steering system. I would start by looking for any leaks on your steering system like hose to fitting crimps, steering pump, etc. Check your steering fluid level to make sure it is full and also look for bubbles on the dip stick. If everything looks good, start the vehicle and turn the wheels all of the way to the left and then to the right. Do this while the vehicle is in park and repeat at least 5 times. This will work out any air in your steering system. If the problem persists then the power steering pump may need to be replaced.

likely either the steering rack&pinion assembly is leaking or the hoses to it are leaking, have it put on a lift to see which steering componet the fluid is leaking from.

Your power steering pump has gone bad. Consider replacing it. I had the same problem before.

Mine does this too. Is it a groaning-creeking sound coming from the front? If so I found it to be the upper strut bushings. I proved this by jacking the car up so the wheel is just off the ground, and shooting silicone spray up into the bushing area. It's above the spring in the cup. It's kinda tight so use the red spray extender that comes with the can.
