TOOK IT IN TO LEXUS DEALER WITH CEL ON ,CODE P0171, THEY REPLACED MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. 12 MILES AFTER LEAVING CEL CAME ON AGAIN. I WONT GO BACK. BEEN THERE NUMEROUS TIME WITH OTHER ISSUES THAT THEY NEVER RESOLVED. HOOKED UP THE ODBII READER AND CODES P0136, P0171, P0300, P0440 AND P1133 CAME UP. CAR WAS RUNNING VERY ROUGH AT EXPRESS WAY SPEEDS. I CLEARED ALL CODES AND CAR RUNS FINE. CEL CAME BACK ON. PLEASE HELP
What are the new codes clearing / resetting doesnt fix the problem the p0171 code has about ten different causes just changing or cleaning the sensor may not have been your problem

The first and last code are your start and stop so you can ignore them the P1130 and P1150 are your two front oxygen sensors( pre cats ) bank one and two. Depending on your millage it sounds like it is time for a little maintence. Normally they should be changed at or around 60,000 kms

Running rough, took to dealer they replaced one coil one one cylinder $450, yikes. Two days later p0171 lean on bank one code came up. Cleared code and checked for vaccuum leaks. Will not take back to the dealer. When I take to Lexus dealer I come out with more problems than I went in with. If problem comes back will take to an independent repair shop with excellent customer ratings.
