I cant locate the fuel pump relay
You can go to any autoparts, and locate the relay for pumps, they can order from the manufacturer. Ross autoparts you can ask them OR

there have been issues with the engine wiring harness on top of the engine deteriorating, which can lead to poor performance or poor accelleration and idle quality. make certain you follow proper tune up and maintenance procedures and intervals as requested in owners manual. it is NOT inexpensive for parts or labor, BUT you get what you pay for when you have it serviced. try to continue going to the same dealer at which it has been maintained at, as they will have the service history on your vehicle, or, find a competent and qualified garage thru several references to prevent heartache and pain
