Idle races to 2000 rpm when I start up in the morning. Sometimes stays around 1500 rpm. Then after driving it tends to come back down to normal.

Do you have a check engine light on? First thing I would do is unplug the IAC motor when the engine is warm. If the idle speed doesn't change you have a vacuum leak or a bad IAC motor. If the idle speed goes down you might have a bad TPS or IAC

Check the fuel pressure at the rail assembly, there should be a min of 40 lbs at the rails. Do you have any loss of power under a load? You may have an issue with your o2 sensor that is causing the ecm to send an improper signal to the engine ign/fuel map.
