94 GMC Jimmy heater fan not working

My heater in my 94 6 cylinder Jimmy isn't working, it doesn't blow. Can and how do I replace the fan, or do I need to replace the whole heater core and if so how? Any help would be great, thanks.

Why the 30 amp fuse under hood for heater fan keeps blowing

If it blows immediately after turning the fan on, there must be a short. If it takes a few seconds, the motor could need to be oiled, unrestricted (if something is stopping the squirrel-cage from turning), or possibly replaced. Don't go with a larger fuse; you'll burn up the wiring.

My 94 gmc jimmy is having a little problem that idk how to fix...the radiator fluid is somehow leaking into the floor of the passenger side and it seems to be coming out of the floor heater vents...if...

The idle could be a few things dirty air filter or fuel filter i would check these first you don't mention any engine codes so its likely a minor problem . The antifreeze leaking inside is comeing from the heater code eighter you should check the heater hoses that connect to the core to make sure its not leaking at the nipple but you have a 94 so it may be the core it self has a hole rotted in it or poped a solider joint. How dose the heat work in the vehicle is it ok or blowing cool or cold air . this will tell you a lot because clogged heater cores tend to rot out where if you have good heat then it maybe a minor leak at the hoses good luck with it

No heating on jimmy....fans blows cold air only....heater core is fine

Mine did the same thing you need to have heater core flushed out. Dexcool coolant clogs it up get it and the radiator back flushed and changed to regular coolant. This should fix the problem.

2001 gmc jimmy engine warm but heater blows cold air

Disconnect the heater hoses from the water pump and the intake manifold. Get a compressor and blow out the hose (put the air hose into the the hose that came off the mainfold. then flush the system and replace the antifreeze.
