The ABS system measures wheel speed on each wheel. If one wheel is "seen" by the body computer as turning faster than the other 3 the ABS will apply brake pressure to that wheel to prevent a skid or spin.
Vehicle Stability Control uses the same equipment.

I'm not sure about the Lexus, but Nissan and other vehicles with the VSC usually will be on until you can drive on a straight road for approximately 2-3 miles without stops and about the same speed during the reset process. The interstate or some type of hwy will reset this light once the vehicle has learned the Vehicle Stabilization Control in which is learned by the way you drive and enables the car to have stable control. Hope this helps out, if this doesn't work, I would take it in for more diagnostics.

i hooked code reader 2 mine and it says cheak wheel speed sensor but i have not replacd it yet

id get your master cylinder checked out it could be a sensor or a vacuum line to the master cylinder or it could be the master cylinder.
