If its a ob1 than 21 is throttle position sensor error to high 22 is throttle body posistion sensor to low and 45 is o2 sensor error to rich hope this helps

sounds like the intake hose from throttle body is not on intake manifold properly..as for the p0700 trouble code,you need trans controller scanned for fault codes..let me know what codes are in trans controller
