There are injector and also 'air injector' fuses. Not sure what the latter are though?

Press CTRL+F and type injector and press enter.

Item #1 Air temp sensor.

More than likely the thermostat is stuck open. You should replace the thermostat and the temp sensor. See picture below for location.

A few generic ideas come to mind:

loose/worn choke plate hinges
worn/sticking choke plate seat
sticking throttle linkage in need of lubrication
leaking intake hose - causing hissing as air gets sucked in through the leak
loose intake manifold body - check tightness of bolts

In 2006 GMC manufactured the Envoy in both 2WD and 4WD versions:
with available engines:
6 Cylinders S 4.2L SFI DOHC
8 Cylinders M 5.3L SFI OHV

The intake air temp sensor is located in the induction tube between the air filter box and the throttle body.

COOLANT TEMP SENSOR IS MOST LIKELY BAD. NEED TO CONNECT TO THE OBD CONNECTOR WITH A COMPUTER AND SEE WHAT TEMP THE COMPUTER IS SEEING.

it is on the snorkel ..big diameter intake inlet...nearest the air cleaner.......good luck and keep me posted

mass airflow sensors are usually in the air intake between the air filter and the intake manifold

The IAT is integrated with the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor all one unit the following diagram should help
