Possibly,if the fan still runs, but you're not getting the same ammount of "blow".the car might have a cabin air filter that needs changed

I have a 2003 chevy impala. Just recently come acrossed in issue where the heater blows nothing but cold air even with the temp gauge going as high as it can get. Weather its at an idle or being driven....

providing your coolant is full cause low coolant will cause no heat
and your temp gauge is normal in the middle then most likely u have a bad blend door actuator usually on the passenger side

2002 jeep liberty heat only works at high rpm

Sounds like low flow issue. Flush and clean system, PROPERLY! Buy a flush kit, drain system, blow compressed air through, fill with cleaner/water mix, run for 30 min with heat on, drain system, blow out with compressed air, fill with water, run for 30 min, drain, blow out with compressed air, fill with 60% coolant mix.

Air/heat not blowing from vents, can feel the heat but it's not blowing, I turn the knobs to high blow and it won't do anything, its cold outside,

if the fan does not increase speed as turned up replace resistor assembly usually in heater housing under dash.if doesn,t nave separate resistor assy.it is the fan switch

When i turn on my heater on 2003 grand am no air is blowing through vents but i can feel warm air. when i turn knobs to higher levels no heat is blowing through vents.

The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger say. There may be a trim panel that needs to be removed in order to get at it. Once you can see the bottom of the blower motor start the car, turn the speed selector to high and tap the bottom of the blower motor with a large screwdriver handle. If it starts working replace it. If it still doesn't work check out the link to the how to tip below.

2004 sienna heating system problem. With the from heat control set to hot it sometimes blows hot and the cold air back and forth on its own with the heat set to hot?

try turning the blower down, if you have the fan on full you will feel cooler air from time to time. as the thermostat only measures the ambient tempreture inside the car when this level is met then it will turn off the heat so it will only blow the air from the car which will feel cooler.
if the car is still cold suspect the tempreture control in the car maybe faulty or the water level in the system maybe low.
