There is no such thing as an underhood wiring diagram. Wiring diagrams are grouped by SYSTEM, not location. So you'd have to get separate wiring diagrams for the charging, fuel injectors, sensors, lights, etc. Even then it's difficult to get the exact diagram. Read this post on what's involvled.

Also note that the diagram in your owner's manual shows the fuse location diagram (on page 5-116) oriented 180 degrees from how the fuse box sits under the hood. You would think this is intuitive but you'd be surprised! Fuse #3 will be on the right side of the fuse box.

You can use a some pliers and aluminum wire to open a car hood if the latch is broken. You will also need a light to shine towards the latch. Try to connect the wire around the latch that will release the hook for the hood.

The wiring diagram is showing two 60amp maxi fuses coming from the battery post in or under the fuse box. The box is called the underhood accessory wiring junction block so it may only hold 2 or 3 fuses.
The two maxi-fuses power most of whats in the main fuse box.

On the 2002 GA the cigarette lighter is mini-fuse # 34. This is also referred to as the "accessory power outlets".It's a yellow twenty amp fuse located in the underhood fuse box. Open the box, find the fuse, remove it and replace it.In the fuse box under the hood, marked AUX PWR/CIGAR..... One fuse box is at the feet of the passenger. all you have to do is undo 2 half-twist fasteners, and the other fuse box is under the hood right behind the battery. I hope this helps. as to what fuse, i have no idea.

Flashers are generally located either under the dash (they hide them behind the horizontal panel) under the hood in the fuse box.

Also, relays can be hidden under the hood or in the fuse box.

The interior fuse box is where the 'turn signal' fuse is located.
