Had the alternator rebuilt, the battery is new, the ground terminal was corroded so we cleaned and rewrapped it but now its blowing the 30 amp alternator fuse in the panel under the hood. wasnt blowing the fuses before i had it rebuilt. at least i dont believe it was. aqny suggestions on what may be causing this?

you have a short its almost impossible to find..i would take it to a dealer

I just had that problem and I was hooking up my neg/pos cables backwards... haha it was really confusing because they aren't clearly marked. That's definetely an easy fix!

There has to be a short in the EEC. My advice would be to take it to a mechanic you don't want to be playing with electronics if you don't have the expertiese. It's a good way to fry more systems
