The dashboard light to indicate the emergency brake is engaged is not coming on. How do I get to the bulb to replace it? Just bought the car so don't even know where it is physically located in the display. I've checked all fuses (no easy task) and they are fine. Also the remote side-view mirrors are not working. Again, I checked all fuses and they are fine.
SOURCE: Electrical Problem
I would operate one by one mirrors left-right,radio, electric locks.
I would first dont operate side mirrors and observe if fuse remain then leave radio disconected (dont power on or remove its wire harness). If with radio disconnected fuse is not blown, i would use electrical locking and test again.
Good Luck

Hi welcome to fixya.com
Try putting on your flashers, and see if they come on.
Sounds like a loose groung wire usually green. They need to contact bare metal.lots of times they just need retighting.
SOURCE: Indicator Lights and Stop lights no longer work
check the multi function switch on the collumn. this is the blinker switch. all lights are routed through this switch.
SOURCE: My 2006 Hyundai Sonata's brake lights are not working
try the brakelight switch, it is right near the pedal above the footpad
Whenever
this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating
that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of
lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected
a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM,
SRS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must
now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and
"scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the
problem(s)

To replace the bulb, there are usually two bolts that hold the cluster in place. Remove the cluster and the bulbs insert from behind.
