Your blower moter is under your glovebox and very easy to replace.I dont think thats your ploblem.I would pull off the dash.It will snap right off without breaking anything. Then pull out the part that holds the selector switch for the fan speed. Then you unplug that switch.Clean the copper contacts.Plug it back in.If everything works again like it should and did in my truck then it is either that switch that is bad or the wiring harness.I would replace that switch.

The resistor network is bad. Go to http://www.alldatadiy.com and get the subscription for your car. (About $20 for a year and completely covers your vehicle from recalls to bulletins to all types of repairs) There you can navigate to the heater electrical area and go to Diagrams/Locations and it will tell you or show you a picture of where the resistor network is, how to fix it, how much it would cost to buy the part, (cheap, by the way,) and anything else you may need to know. Makes Chilton and Haynes repair manuals obsolete.

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.
