I have a Dodge Ram 1500 02 that is only blowing heat on the passenger side, dealership wants $650 to fix the blend door cause they have to take out the dash. Any other suggestions on what might be causing this or how to fix it myself would be greatly appreciated.
My heat only works on the passeger side of the truck. i have an 02 Dadge 1500. Wondering if there is any way to fix what is wrong without paying someone to do it for me?
I have a 2002, cold on the drivers side, warm on the passenger side. I can't turn up the fan otherwise it blows real cold on the driver. There has to be some kind of fix that does not require pulling the dash out. I would like to fix it myself, I understand the facilities need to make money, but, I have the time to work on it but not alot of specialty tools. Heater Treater has a fix but it is for the 1995 to the early 2002s.
YEah my father in law had the same problem with that type of truck but it was in the summer time and ac only on driver side. He didnt get it fixed either b/c they wanted way to much to fix it. GOodluck.
