I see you posted this problem on the 12 Dec O8 so most probably have fixed it by now ?
If not, the fuel pump on this model is in the tank combined with the fuel guage sender.
It is a twist and slide out fixture, but you will have to slacken the tank and slide it out to extract it.

This code is for the fuel pump control module. Possible connection problem at the module or an internal module problem itself. Worst case is a bad PCM ( uncommon ). I have seen several fuel pumps replaced unnecessarily due to a defective FPCM.
I believe there is actually an access panel in front of the second row seat behind the drivers seat that you can access the top of the tank, fuel pump and possibly the fuel filter. Lift up the carpeting and check.
1. Remove the fuel tank cap to lower the fuel tank's internal pressure. 2. Locate access cover. 3. Remove the fuel pump & fuel filter assembly installation screws, then remove the fuel pump & fuel filter assembly from the fuel tank.
When pump was replaced, did you also replace sending unit? It is usually a good idea to replace sending unit when replacing pump. The sending unit also "sends" information about the fuel level to your fuel gage. It is also possible the float on the sending unit is stuck in the low fuel or empty position on the sending unit. Although on some vehicles you can replace individual parts of the fuel delivery system, it is usually a good idea to replace all the internal parts of the sending unit assembly at the same time. After all, most fuel tanks can be a real pain to gain access to the inner workings of the fuel delivery system, so why take the chance of having to gain access again. Good luck.
First thing i would check is the wiring to the fuel pump, theres a possibility that a broken or frayed wire going to the pump is causing the pump to intermittently operate then stop, after ruling out any wiring problems check the fuel pump relay if possible obtain one from a salvage yard or simply swap the horn relay with the fuel pump relay im not sure if there the same on your particular model if they are swap them if not try and get one, lastly if all of those things check out you probably have a fuel pump going bad and will need to remove the gas tank to access the pump to replace it.

Hi. here's how to change the fuel pump. The actual electric fuel pump is in the tank on the right side. The tank is directly below the rear seat. If you remove the seat bottom you will find a 6 inch or so cover. Under the cover there is a plastic, threaded collar that locks the fuel pump into the tank. The driver's side also has a pump, but it works only my venturi effect from the electric pump on the other side. This pump is used to equalize the fuel level from left to right. The drive shaft tunnel prevents all but the very top of the tank from communicating left to right.
The fuel pump is located on top and inside the fuel tank. Unless there is an access panel inside the vehicle above the fuel pump location you will have to remove the fuel tank in order to gain access to the pump. Remove as much fuel as possible from the fuel tank before trying to remove it. A small inexpensive hand pump is the best way.
How you doing first thing you might want to check for any leaks in your lines if okay disconnect your fuel filter try to blow threw it possible clog if okay you say the pump was installed recently when you installed the pump on to the sending unit did you tighten the clamp on the hose to the pump tight and make sure it was around the same depth as the previous check your gas level make sure theres enough for the pump to be emerged under if you then get pressure its most likelely the little rubber hose is letting the pressure out of where it clamps on your sender if not check your fuel pressure regulator faulty internal diaghram rupture good luck please rate
