Are you refering to an auto start? if you want to install a kill switch all you have to do is go to your stearing collum, of course your going to take the pannles off, find the big red wire thats main ignition to the switch cut and splice a toggle or a axilary key switch in line that will allw you to kill power to the ignition sutting down the rig hope it was helpfull but still need more info on what your asking

How to reset alarm when it will not go off when remote is pushed.

this is confusing. (usa car?)
is this a FOB panic button question?????
did you try both FOBS as came with the new car?
did you lose the glove box, operators guide.
it covers this. and the panic was new in 2005 ,
a new feature.
suzuki will send you the lost book for free, call them.
chapter 2 covers, programming the remote (fob)

if this is a panic button post>
do you know that is a feature that
is defeat-able, all mine are, hate it.
having it go off in pocket is a pain.(max pain)

so I kill all mine, as many do. (1 of 2 ways)
some cars you can program it to go off
the operators guide covers that,

does car drive perfectly day and night?
does alarm work as it should, otherwise?

here is the free version online

http://manuals.co/workshop/suzuki/grand-vitara/2007-suzuki-grand-vitara-owners-manual/5766/22

i see only extra key programming
there,
not defeating features.
in that case, i hack the fob by killing the panic button with a button block hack, I use plastic film
under the switch button, (can be regressed)

here is how a googler would hack a FOB
see twinturbo here, (he's the man)

http://community.cartalk.com/discussion/2279520/panic-buttons-on-remotes

i use mylar plastic strip.
that i can regress later, if sell car.
no glue, no damage.
if scared buy a new FOB , program it.
then take old one and hack it. brave,, you are now.

Where is the kill switch at on a 2005 Suzuki forenza wagon

kill of what?. there is no dead man switch like my boat has....
it's called the ignition key.
there is no other kill switches. (if panic?, shift to neutral works too if engine on fire, NOT))
unless you are the computer? the PCM
the PCM kills fuel for:
1: lost spark.
2: lost CMP sensor., "cam"
3: lost CLK sensor "crank"

why not post the symptoms (if any) and ask for help
get the helper on the same page... right?

Loncin 50cc atvGot from buddy. New battery fully charged. Nothing happens when I try to start it. It's dead. Lights come on. Seems like a kill switch issue or something of that nature. I have secured

Can you check for continuity from the starter switch to the starter solenoid? There can be a break in the wire between there if it doesn't have some sort of anti-theft feature built in. You might also be able to run a remote starter switch to the starter solenoid to make sure you don't have a faulty starter.

How to remove a remote kill switch on my truck

A remote kill switch would be a switch that a mechanic installed, for an owner to prevent theft. It is a "poor mans alarm". If you know that it has a kill switch then you are there. You need to either hire a mechanic to find out what circuit the "kill switch" is integrated into and have it removed or do it yourself. But if you are referring to the "On-board" security system, I need to know exactly what you are working on. (Year, make, model, engine size)

I recently purchased a car that has this alarm on it but for some reason its not working to the car but the remote itself is working. I was wondering if there is a kill switch or an activation switch that...

entertain the possibility that a previous owner got tired of the alarm going off and disabled it.
if there is a question on this board almost as common as i lost my owner's manual, it is how do i shut off this annoying alarm which goes off constantly killing my battery and annoying the whole neighborhood.

Is there a manual kill switch for my 1999 chrysler 300. The key remote will not work.

it may or maynot have one. if it does, check for a small toggle switch under dash on drivers side. If its a factory system, I say theres no switch. Try replacing battery in control.
