It is the seat belt light and the S light, plus the seat belt light chimes constantly.Now my brake lights wont go off. Is this all related?
I suggest you check all the instrument panel grounds. You will need a factory wiring digrams fo rthis, so try and find a used factopry repair manual on eBay is my suggestion as fixya has no wiring dioragrams or repair manuals on file for this car

check under seat and see if wire connector has come loose what green light are you talking about if you mean the green "s" light you just hit the switch on the shifter for firmer and higher shifts if its an automatic transmission.

It is most likely the door switch does the interior light come on when the door is opened if not replace the door switch, this switch also controls the seat belt motor.

Check the computer in the tail light assembly. There is alittle computer which controls the break lights. One computer for each side.
