I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500,the ignition won't start the truck or turn on the accessories.i have replaced the ignition switch but that didn't work.

Just had a similar question last week, and the solution was a bad socket/bulb holder.
You might try and see if there is current in the brake light wire leading to the bulb holder.
I have used a jumper wire and a safety pin to test the wire behind the socket.
I pierced the plastic insulation of the brake light wire with the point of the safety pin, and either use a tester or even a good working bulb and a good ground wire.

have battery tested if good fully charge,then check all relays and fuses.

My guess would be a stuck relay or something with the key switch.
You could pull the relays to see if one will kill the engine, or check for power at the key switch.

I can't help but notice that you say you've replaced the headlight relay? That's quite odd, because there is NO headlight relay on this vehicle- only a 40 amp fuse located in the power distribution box that sits behind the battery inside the engine bay.
The switch is notorious for burning out because there is NO RELAY on this vehicle, and there is a recall (#819) but this only affects 3500 models even though the headlight wiring is the same for 1500,2500 and 3500 model Rams.
