With key in ignition, turn key forward but do not turn vehicle on. Once key is forward, step on gas pedal 3 (or 4) times. This should change message on IPC display from 'change oil' to 'oil life reset'. Good luck.
take it back to the dealer and have them reset the oil change data on the computer.. thats the issue with this jeep we have here .. they did not reset the oil change interval in the computer..simple fix.. sorry they overlooked it or the tech got lazy..
Turn the key to the on position. Do not start. Pump the gas pedal all the way to the floor 3 times. This will reset the oil life. Please rate by checking one of the four thumbs ups. Thanks! Have a GREAT DAY!

Turn the ignition key to the
RUN position. Fully push and release the accelerator pedal 3 times
within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE OIL SOON light flashes 2 times, the
system is reset. However if the light comes on and stays on for 5
seconds, the system did not reset. Repeat the procedure if the
system does not reset.
Good luck and please rate. Keep me posted, and thank you for using fixya.
