Check for a burned fusible link under the hood. If you have power at the fuel pump relay, you could have a bad ignition switch or bad oil pressure switch...accordianman

Check the link, and the oil pressure sensor, Then, check all switched leads at the ignition switch.

Why do I have no power to my fuel pump not pumpimg fuel

Fuse? Relay? This is suppose to turn a relay on to pump fuel when key switch is turned on. Then when engine is started as long as there is oil pressure it will keep running.

Two new fuel pumps in my 1996 grandcaravan. Still no fuel presure at rail. New fuel filter also. The regulator is built into the pump and the van runs on either.

Are you getting at least 12 volts to the harness on the pump and also is it grounded good? Have you checked the fuse for the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay? Is the ASD relay coming on when you turn the switch to run position? Several more things to check to solve your no start condition.

My 4.0 litre is not getting fuel @ the injecter rail.i've ruled out the fuel pump relay.where else should i look and how do i test them?

Try the pressure regulator, if not, going to have to check for power at the pump (at which time I would just go ahead and change it due to the work involved).

Hope this helps.

Hey i have a cadillac sedan deville 1992 where is the fuel pump located

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. On these GM cars, the fuel tank must be dropped in order to change the pump. It is alos recomended that the fuel filter be changed at the same time which is on the frame of the vehicle, left side. the pump at autozone runs about $75 and don't forget the strainer for about $10. The filter runs about$10 also.

Fuel pump relay keeps blowing on my 1996 Cadillac STS, why?

Sounds like the fuel pump is drawing too much amperage. If so, it will burn up the relay.

Geo Metro 1994, diagnose no fuel presure problem.

Quite a few things can cause a car to die after idling for awhile, but if you have verified that the fuel pressure is actually dropping when the motor dies, the likely culprits are:
1) Electric fuel pump in the gas tank is bad
2) The fuel pressure regulator (on the throttle body) is bad
3) An electrical problem in the power to the fuel pump (like a bad fuel pump relay or lose ground wire to the relay's circuit)
