2002 grand caravan blower motor intermittent replaced resistor

in review
the fan speed resistor is new
you bench tested the blower motor
12 volts test ..only runs it at full speed
if cabin filer want changed the blower motor would run hotter

could be the motor brushes or bush/motor bearing when slowed
you might want to inspect the brushes and clean the dust out of the motor
if no better
does that have climate control ?
might be the fan switch itself or the earth isnt so good

Your blower motor resistor module has failed. You can replace it with a little effort. The cost is around $35 to $40.

Blower works intermittently. The cooling is fine...just no push at times for cool air. Blower motor appears to be fine also. Is there a sensor or other that needs replaced? 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee...

Check where the wires go into the blower housing. There is usually what appears to be a small plate held by 1 or 2 screws that the wires plug into. This is the speed control resistor. If it's going bad, it will cause the problem you describe.

My air conditioner fan speeds have all stopped working except for 5. Any ideas what is causing this? The vehicle is a 2002 GMC Envoy.

Yes,it is the blower resister,it controls all the speeds to the blower motor,it is located near the blower motor, and it might have a wire harness that is burned up too, replace it,and the wire harness, and the blower motor, the blower motor is what causes the resister to fail,it draws too many amps, even though it might sound good, and run fine,it is requiring to many amps to run it.If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.

The idle air control valve is what regulates incoming air when the engine is idling. In some cases these can malfunction and cause intermittent issues with stalling at idel until the IAC dies altogether.

Blower Motor Works but receives no power

It's either your blower motor switch or you have a short in the wiring from your switch to the motor or you have a bad relay.
